PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS – CarKiDukaan

1. PRICING
   All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
   Prices may exclude taxes, registration, insurance, and other charges
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice
   The final delivery price will change based on the delivery location and dealership at the time of delivery.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
   The delivery timelines work as estimated times which do not guarantee delivery at that time.
   The delivery process may experience delays because of shipping needs and the unavailability of essential documentation.
   CarKiDukaan needs to approve all orders while the dealership needs to confirm their acceptance.
   Only the confirmation process will acknowledge the order but it does not mean that the order has been accepted.
   The company CarKiDukaan maintains the authority to decide whether to accept or decline any order.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
   The system requires customers to submit their cancellation requests through written communication with email being the better option.
   The dealership rules determine the procedures which handle refund requests.
   The original payment method will receive refunds except in cases where it does not apply.
   The refund process depends on timelines which CarKiDukaan does not control directly.
