2. Delivery Timelines
We aim to meet all promised delivery timelines, but please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors such as car availability, location, shipping logistics, and completion of documentation.

In case of delays, we will make every effort to keep you informed and share a revised estimated delivery schedule.

CAR KI DUKAAN will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses due to delivery delays.

All orders placed through our platform are subject to confirmation by CAR KI DUKAAN and the respective dealership.

Upon placing your order, you may receive a confirmation via email or another agreed communication method. This is only an acknowledgment, not a guarantee of acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, even after sending a confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel your order, you must inform both CAR KI DUKAAN and the dealership in writing (email preferred) within a reasonable time.

Any eligible refund will be processed by the dealership, in accordance with their individual refund policy.

If applicable, refunds will be made to your original payment method or another method as per dealer discretion.
